Make sure you are in a quiet, safe place.

 
Close your eyes.
Think of a time where you were very relaxed and at peace.
Maybe on holiday, bushwalking, at the beach etc.
Recall the scene as if you were there again in person.
As if seeing through your eyes at the time.
Hearing through your ears.
Smelling through your nose.
Recall the taste in your mouth.
What sensations could you feel?
Remember that feeling of relaxation.
Breathe and let that feeling come back into your body.
Imagine a button you can press that intensifies all you are sensing.
Press your thumb and forefinger together to activate the button.
See what you saw.
Hear what you heard.
Let the smells and tastes intensify.
Feel as if you were right there again.
Let that peaceful relaxation wash though your body.
Release your thumb and forefinger.
